I noticed the poor printing Quality and Ultra thin/see thru paper a
couple of issues ago.
I think this might have to with the rising postal rates and the MVPA
trying to save every penny on bulk mailings. I think all MVPA members
should demand refunds until the Quality goes back to where it used to
be.
