ok ive been reading alot of e mails and gathering info and my buddy pulled
my M135 home Saturday. His truck 5 ton multifuel wrecker is heavy but has no
power turbo is whining and runs very nice. i was mentioning about you guys
talking about turning up the pump and wastegate? Factory setting is about 9
pounds of boost and 14 is hopped up is this right?well compression is like
22 to 1 isn't it with all the extra boost what does that do to head gaskets
and other seals? is there any manuals that have this procedure in them. i
was wondering if anyone has run a dyno to see the power
curve, torque, horsepower of this i know everybody dont have dynos but some
have built their motors. he is very unimpressed about the way it runs and so
am i it dont pull like you think it would he says the M35 they have runs
sporty like. Kinda like comparing apples to grapefruit i know but this is
the only wrecker ive ever been in and the only multifuel ive ever seen
running. it dont make much cents for a wrecker to have a week engine when
they could of used those Cummings engines in them.
