No start deuce

Hey Guys

I just started up a deuce shop van for the first time yesterday.It started
and shut off just fine about 4 times.No restart.Plenty of fuel in tank.Tank
pump on.Fuel pressure to pump.I took the engine stop side cover off and
lever is free and no signs of any corrosion.Does that lever drive something
else?What else to look for?Thanks...Greg.
