Winching with an M35 - need a shear pin

After reading the thread on the "correct" way to winch with
an M35 over the past week. I promptly went out today and
sheared the pin on my winch. I guess that a 10,000lb winch
can't pull a diamond drill rig :) Does anyone have a good
source for the actual military spec. shear pins? And while
I'm on the subject, is there any place to buy military
snatch (pulley) blocks? I could use a couple.
