manuals, repos vs. originals

Lookin for help, as usual.

I'm seriously considering purchasing some manuals from
a lister and I just don't know that much about them.
Is a repo exactly the same as the original? I'm not
interested in the value differences as much as their
usefulness. Are the illustrations and everything the
same?

You'll know what the phase "new and improved" is
worth, it usually refers to the manufacturer's bottom
line.

Thanks for the help, doug
