Ok, I had to run the video a few times to see the tires but..
I've turned to the web, and to my trusty TMs... It's amazing how many
things have been named M34 or M35. Between the manuals and Google, it
seems that most of the differences are in the rear/cargo body and
tires. Is this basically true? From the rear of the cab forward these
trucks look like twins.
I used the chart at

http://www.olive-drab.com/od_mvg_deuce_chart.php3

for some of the information. Two questions if I might?

1: It claims both the M34 and M35 came with two batteries in the early
50's. I thought all deuces came with 4 batteries ?

2: Both vehicles appear to have had the same engine and gasoline
capacity. Why would their 'range' figures differ by so much? ( M34 listed
at 350 miles, M35 at 288 miles )?

In two years of lurking and pipping up here on the list I don't recall
having seen mention of M34's.. Were only a few made, to be replaced by the
more versatile(?) M35?

         Thanks

         Paul
