I found that a 2 liter plastic soda bottle with its neck cut off works the best.
Since I always forget to take it off of the stack when I start it, it just flies
off since it is real real light. I do let the engine cool off a bit before
placing it back, and I have a spare one under the seat in case I drive off and
the dogs get a hold of the bottle :-)
