Bruce,
Adding an alternator and a third battery is pretty straight forward, if you
have the space and can mount the alternator. All in all not very imaginative
or interesting. The brute force solution is to install a bigger 24 v
alternator, say 60 or 100 amp, and buy the biggest 24v to 12 converter that
you can afford.
