Crismon's "US MILITARY TRACKED VEHICLES" page 30 has three shots of an
Autocar with soft skin cab and cargo / tank body. He says m'majority went
to Russia under lend lease' Mechanically same as armoured version but cab
/ engine cover and body like ordinary military / civilian truck
You friend needs to get a copy of that before he does anything rash like
pulling the cab off.
