It has to fit in a flat envelope and be less than 2lbs I think you are
thinking of book rates and then you are back to price by the pound and many
times I have found the priority 2lb box is cheaper and quicker.
Some of the late deuce and 5 ton manuals even the Humvee manuals get heavy 3
or 4 even 5 pounds or more now that the military logistic guys added the
trouble shooting flow charts to the manuals and went big size. 5 pound
manuals for a 5 ton truck.
