Tom,
While the tires are the same wheel size, I would think the DUKW 12 ply
would be very stiff on a Goat, maybe? My DUKW weighs in at 15,000 lbs.
I have goat tires ( 6 ply ) on it and it rides fine, but I don't know
what a Gamma Goat weighs. There may no be enough weight to soften the
ride on the 12 ply tires.

Yes, tubes are required for the DUKW tires and you will require a flap in
the wheel to prevent pinching the tube.
