Hi List!!!

Here's another possible solution for hard to start 6.2L engines found on
M-1009's, M-1008's etc. due to diesel fuel drainback during overnight or
after a few hours of being parked. This is assuming glow plugs system is OK
and there are no fuel leaks in the fuel lines or pressure switch.
Just connect a one way check valve (part# D42100 $13.18) between
the mechanical lift pump and the frame, also install a positive check valve
(part# 28993 $17.63) to take care of the return side, this fitting screws
right into the injector pump and is a Stanadyne part. I did this and my CUCV
starts right up without even having to touch the gas pedal EVERYTIME!!! I
got the parts from Diesel Specialties (service@dieselspecialties
712-255-1601) ask for Andy Girres, he will help you right away!!

P.S. The endorsement is from a satisfied customer, no commercial interest
whatsoever with them!!!
