Tool for Duece lug nuts

Anyone got a lead on were someone could get the tool for removing stubborn
double lugs on the dualies. It Has two gears and you use a bar through one
side for the outer nut and the bar all the way through for the inner the
gearing doubles the effort. Anybody see these anywhere?
