Joe and others. I recently tried the 5th low to 4th high shifting pattern
and it works. You must double clutch the shifting of the transfer case but
its no problem. My truck has two spring seats so my transfer case shifter
has been modified to a straight configuration so I don't need to reach into
the steering wheel. Its pretty neat and with a load, the combination of 7
fwd gears helps a bunch.
