500 Arctic Kits for the M1009 were surplussed about 10 years ago at
Romulus... VT George and I were there..a scrap dealer got them new in the
crates and scrapped em for the stainless fittings... the canvas was burned
as I remember it... Several tractor trailer loads which we could not
handle.... so sad. I believe the dealer was Keith Swarthout and Sons or
something similar... RAM
