Yes, they are still shooting depleted uranium ammunition, and
yes, it is still a war crime. But so was "area bombing" of Dresden
in WWII, and that wasn't even mentioned in the Neuremberg Trials.
We have to realize that we now need to bomb people BEFORE they bomb us.
The same logic can be applied to U.S. citizens. Why wait for another
Columbine? Why not go around and collect the guns, tanks, and military
vehicles from people BEFORE they have a chance to pull a Columbine?
