M1010 Alternator problems were covered in Issues 432, 478 and 503.
Articles still available online for Issues 478 and 503, but not 432.
Bummer.
NSN of Alt mod kit is 2920-01-260-7504 with a current ( no pun intended)
value of $13 bucks....is this the "Orange wire modification"?
Duvac kit mod is in Issue 432.
However, there is also referenced a TB 43-001039-8 TACOM EIR Digest,
MARCH 94, para 3-7 which also covers the 'Alternator Modification kit' but
does not say which kit... wire one or Duvac one.
