Actually I use them in my own business, and lease them out to
people/contractors who work for me or those who I am trying to help
incubate a small business.

All of my EUC's are in perfect order, and most of the vehicles are
operated by small veteran owned businesses who need low cost,
reliable trucks that can take a beating. I don't provide any vehicle
to any Foreign national, or export/ship any of them outside the
country.

You obviously have issues with Massachusetts... I don't, and neither
do the other dueces owners I know in the area.
