Sounds like what the BATF is doing to those who bought demil-ed
parts kits for machine guns. I can think of Cole's UZI kits, Inter-Ords
FAL kits, JT Surplus M1910 Maxim kits and some PPSH-41 kits that
at the time were simply saw cut and a good section of the receiver not
included. Now the BATF guys changed the demil regs and now it
has to be torch cut. Fine and dandy I say, but they are retroactively
applying that standard to kits that were legally imported PRIOR to the
new standards and are actively CONFISCATING them as we speak
And I might add, with ZERO compensation from either the vendor nor
the US.gov.

I like how the government can change the rules where ever, and where
ever they like.
