Some these alternators are the same as the ones used on big rigs and heavy equipment. Check your
yellow pages under, "Alternators & Generators" for a rebuilder. The place that I found in my town
gave me the brushes that I needed saying, "the paperwork would cost more to process than the brushes
are worth".
