Hi Mark and List,

I am sorry for the confusion and time frame on the EUC process. Since 911
the TSC has required all new purchases be TSC approved with very little if
any shorting of time for approval even with prior TSC approval. Currently
we are experiencing aprox. 114 days for approval. Mark I believe that you
are still within that time window. I am willing to work with you and anyone
on this list to resolve any issue, so please call.

Sales event 618 which was over 14 months ago on the following 3 items
GICHNER M1022 DOLLYSET, LIFT TRANSPORT SHELTER SN:169 of which you feel a
need to registered and title, I am not an expert but to me these appear to
be warehouse trailers, not used on the road, and thus non - titleable. We
don't have the photos anymore so we can't see exactly what they are. Will
you please call me with more details and I will see what we can do.

Thanks

David Wright

Hi, folks. I had the winning bid in a Government Liquidation auction about
eight weeks ago on an M52A2 5-ton 6x6 tractor located at March AFB. I've
had
an EUC approved before through a DRMS auction just over two years ago, so I

was expecting to have my EUC approved by the Trade Security Council in
around
three weeks, as stated on the GL web page. I just called GL to find out why
my
EUC has not yet been approved, and I spoke with Evan Fernald at
480-367-1100
x270. He told me that if I have not yet had an EUC approved *through a GL
auction*, the EUC is treated as if I'm a first-time applicant. He further
stated that EUC approvals for first-time applicants are currently taking
around six *months*. He said that it's DRMS that is causing that delay, and

that there's nothing that GL can do to speed the process up.

I made it clear that I feel that a six-month delay, with the truck I bid on

sitting out in a yard and possibly losing any number of parts through
cannibalization, is absolutely unacceptable, and that I made my bid under
the
understanding that my EUC approval should take around three weeks. He said
that my only options are:

1) Wait out the six months, and then try to cancel the bid and get my money

back if the truck is not in the same condition it was in when I inspected
it
and the site manager verifies that I inspected the truck before bidding
(yes,
I *did* inspect it in person before bidding, and I signed in at both the
front
guard shack and the DRMO front desk).

2) Cancel my bid now and pay a re-stocking fee equal to 25% of my bid.

3) Wait for three months to pass, and then they'll talk to me about other
[unspecified] options.

I stated that these options are all unacceptable, and that I wanted to talk
to
his supervisor. He refused to transfer me to his supervisor, and he also
refused to tell me his supervisor's name (!). At this point, it was clear
that
I'd make no further progress, so I thanked him and hung up.

I immediately tried calling David Wright (around 4:10 PM in Arizona, if I
am
not mistaken), and reached his voice mail. I am now waiting for him to
return
my call (it's been about 30 minutes so far, as I write this message).

I'm not asking y'all for suggestions or any action at this time; I just
wanted
to keep the list posted about what I feel is an unfair and unacceptable
situation with a company that many of us deal with. I have tried to state
the
facts of the situation without bias. I'll keep you posted on this
situation.

On another note, I still have not received my vehicle registration for
three
shelter dollies I bought through GL about 14 months ago.
