Need Tires!

Help!
I have searched the Internet, I have searched the tire stores. I cannot find
the size tires that I need.
They must be radial, absolutely, positively must be radial.
They must fit a 16.5" Humvee double beadlock rim.
Width is unimportant, anywhere from 12.50" up to 15.50".
They must be at least 40" tall, but I would prefer 44" or larger.
The height is the problem, but because I'm running Unimog axles (7.56?
ratio), I cannot use a tire less than 40" if I want to keep up on the
interstate.
Anybody got a clue?
