My local Sherwin Williams commericial paint store can mix two part poly
paints that are Mil Spec. If you have the number, they can mix the paint.

I had them quote a batch of paint and it was about $50/gallon. Which
really is not bad for a 2 part paint. Properly applied it should be good
for many years.
