I think we had 9 in the yellow serial when we pulled into the big parking
lot in Aberdeen. We drove a little slower that the northern guys. I would
guess about 40 MPH average most of the way. That's just a guess. The
faster vehicles (M35's and some of the M37's) kept a pretty tight position,
probably 75 feet? We drove from 4:00 pm on Wednesday until about 1:15 am
that night. Met up with others in the yellow serial the next morning. Lots
of rain and poor wipers. Found out the next day my switch/valve for the air
motor wasn't working right and a screwdriver fixed that problem. Stopped
every couple of hours at least and walked around the truck. Good thing, I
noticed the bottom radiator hose dripping at our "supper" stop Wednesday
night. A little torque on the clamp took care of that.

I traveled a little over 1000 miles round trip. My front tires are about
shot, but they looked like that before the trip. We left Aberdeen about
noon Saturday and drove strait home, arriving about 1:00 am. I hope we can
do something like this next year, maybe with a little less rain. Regardless
I plan to attend the show and have better accommodations and a bigger TV.

As a side note, I just got back from the DOT office and was able to get a
couple of titles for some of my trucks. The two from GL didn't have a model
year. Why's that?

Oh, yea, I put a few pictures on my web site, but nothing compared to some
of the others. Just a couple.
