Hi Kenny...

Some NSN services are commercially available, but they're all aimed at
government contracting companies with deep pockets (these services
cost thousands of dollars a year to subscribe!). I haven't seen ANY
besides MILDOCS.COM that are designed specifically for MV hobbyists,
and that are cheap and easy to use like I hope MILDOCS.COM is!
