My M813A1 (USMC version) has the lockers but the warning plate is a
sticker on the drivers door. It just warns that both wheels will turn
under power and to be careful with running the vehicle while on jack
stands (or something to that effect). I haven't located a USMC TM, But
I would like to have one to see what parts I am missing on the top
bows/troop seat hardware.

Subject: [MV] 800/900 series Detroit Locker?

Greetings list. After all the discussion on the Detroit Lockers I've set
out
on a quest to obtain the Detroit Locker/NoSpin data plate used on the
M813
trucks. I've keyword searched all the 260 and 272 manuals dealing with
the 800
and 900 series trucks with negative results. Couldn't find the Detroits
or their
respective Data Warning Plates. Do those of you who have the M813s and
M817s
with Detroits know if they were USMC? Maybe its a USMC option only?
Are
there USMC TMs dealing with this stuff if so? I suppose a call to White
Owl or
Memphis Equipment is in order. If anybody has any insight, I would
certianly
appreciate hearing it!
Thanks,
Kenneth
