Bruce,

  Good idea - I checked the line - but it's not clogged. There's simply
no brake fluid getting from the reservoir into the master cylinder.
Perhaps that is symptomatic of a stuck piston, as other have replied?

Hi Jeremy,
Maybe something dented the line. If it has been standing empty for a
while
you may have rust in the line. I would disconnect the line from the
master
cylinder
and the air pack and try to blow out the line with compressed air. If
that
doesn't work,
I suspect that it is time to replace the line, which is not that
difficult to
do.
