but so far no one has said how to use the ¢ sign which is available on
any pc keyboard.......... here's how: hold the alt key and type the
decimal value needed using the number pad, then release the alt key. you
must use the number pad, not the top row. the decimal value for ¢ is
0162.
there are many other ascii text symbols available also.
