This data is not kept nor recorded. Maintenance records are only kept at the lower echelon level. Each vehicle has a record book that is to be kept with the vehicle for it's entire service lifetime. Usually, these record books are thrown out when the vehicle is removed from service. If the book is not with the vehicle it is impossible to research it's history using archived data.
Records of unit transfers for vehicles are not archived.
