Greetings list,

I know this has happened to more than one of you, but last evening, as
my Bride and I were getting ready to go out, I got a knock on my door
from a guy I had never seen before. Turns out, he had seen my FFN-3 and
deuce in my driveway (not at the same time though) and wondered if I
knew anyone interested in buying an old MV he's got.

So, in the interest of perpetuating the "kindness of strangers", here's
a posting for a guy I just met (and mind you this is his description and
I haven't confirmed or even seen it).

43' IHC M-2-4 with winch. He just got it running, but hasn't been
driven in about 20 years. It has all new exhaust, fuel lines, and a
rebuilt carb. Also comes with a spare transfer case, hood, and grille.
Grille is said to be in perfect condition, but the fenders are a little
dented up. The windshield and seats are missing.

Also for sale is a Timken "split" front differential from a CCKW. (He
didn't tell me the condition of this one)

Contact Greg McFarland (mcfrlnd42@aol.com) Or if you're interested,
e-mail me for a phone number.

Thanks,

Sean Nichols
