In my opinion, the best places to look these days are the classified and
dealer ads in Military Vehicles Magazine, and on Ebay. I'd expect a beat-up
but marginally running HMMWV to start at around $25,000.
By the way, "inexpensive HMMWV" is an oxymoron. To keep a HMMWV running, you
need to fill it with money to the top of the windshield. There's a big hole in
the bottom, too, so you have to keep shoveling the stuff in! :-)
