That's ok, its not in conflict at all with anything I
said except for a new twist at Secret Service that I
was not aware of, their mission was just expanded for
some reason. Then it is also a big duplication of
effort and exactly what Homeland Security was supposed
to prevent. Because we also have, "Internet Fraud
Complaint Center (IFCC) a partnership between the
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National
White Collar Crime Center (NW3C)."
