All:

Here is the current status of the process at Government Liquidation in
terms of getting the documents you need to get titles in other states.
Government Liquidation IS a licensed dealer in Arizona. Right now the
Arizona Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) does not offer dealer re-assignment
forms, and has not since 1997. GL is currently putting together a dealer
re-assignment form internally that buyers will be able to use for this
purpose.

In terms of Kansas specifically, this is one of 8 states that will not
currently accept GL documentation. However, GL will fill out the KS, or
other states', dealer re-assignment form, if the local DMV states in
writing this is acceptable.

In addition, GL can supply an AZ title for trucks, but this will be at the
buyer's expense. Please let me know any other questions I can answer
related to this issue

Thanks,

Hunter

This is one of my main gripes of GL that I've whined about here before. I
know several people in several states having this problem. IF (and that's a
big
if) GL is actually a licensed Az dealer, at no additional cost to them they

could fill out an AzDMV dealer reassignment form and we wouldn't have these

problems but they won't so we will be screwed again.
