I have never read any report that a Convoy was ambushed and captured US service men that Gun Trucks were used in Vietnam. As stated by a Vietnam Trucker in another Web site. "Transportation Units should be protect by Transportation Security from their own units, Let the MP's watch the bridges"

To say that Gun Trucks would have had no effect on the Jessica Lynch ambush is stupid.
