Maybe they gear up after 1/1? I understand it's largely a volunteer run
event. Having been involved in a bunch of such undertakings that's not an
unusual get-down-to-it date.
I'd like to know as well. I've got some food I'd like to sell!

PS: Completely understand the post yesterday "OMG what have I done" -- we
finally quit playing and bought a deuce to use in our catering business.
Should be fun! The neighbors are curious... but nobody's had the nerve to
ask WTH yet.
