Nathan,

Don't go. Don't change a damn thing.

I agree with the others. On thing that we all need to remember is that
this is a GROUP and in this group is individuals. Each of us have
different opinions, thoughts, feelings and ideas. While this doesn't
always make someone right or wrong, if you feel good about what you are
doing, then do it.

One of the problems with email is that you can't get the emotion of what
a person is trying to say, many times it's taken one way while the
author meant another. Whether this is the case or not, who really
cares? You did/are doing what you want because you wanted to and felt
it was right.

Just keep your head up, and stay the course.
