I am not sure but I would guess Federal Signal, Dietz, or Signal Stat.

If you want to match something up, pay a visit to Adamson Industries, on
Broadway in South Lawrence Mass, ask for Mark, tell him you are a buddy of
mine (Hank from Eastern), if he does not have one, or can't get one, it
don't exist. (They are the largest warning products dealer in the Northeast)

Is this a rotating light, or a fixed bulb?
