I have a M135 and have been told the back end stuff can fit with minor mods, so I might be interested depending on cost and distance...TimK.

CGarbee,

My guess is $800-$1200 for the winch with cable, chain, drive shaft, PTO,
operating lever and connecting linkage, bumper extensions, etc. Winch only,
about $400-$600.
The bed stuff might be $200-$450.
Maybe more, maybe less depending on condition and interest.
It's a shame to tear apart what sounds to be a good truck when there are so
many available without winches.
How many offers have you gotten so far?
