I'm having problems w/ my M35A2 transmission slipping out of 3rd gear when letting off of the throttle. I have pulled and serviced the trans cover and found the forks, shafts and detent ball/springs all good. I am suspecting that the 2nd/3rd syncro is at fault. Has anyone done this repair? Has anyone pulled the trans and used a trans shop with success? What does a replacement gearbox go for?
