So I went up to the office and asked the DRMO guy if he would be nice
enough to gimme a jump, and oh yeah, got some bolt cutters? (chain was still
onna wheel) He said yeah to both,

After standing there for 15 minutes and seeing him drive by twice, I went
back to the front to see what was up. Guy from GL was there at that point,
and he said the guy from DRMS wasn't allowed to even give me a jump!!! I
couldn't believe they were taking buyer load to the extreme!

Mr. Maynard

I have purchased several vehicles from various DRMO offices and they were
all very willing to help in any way they could.

I have not done any business since GL took over, locally they have (my
opinion) made it almost impossible to do business with them.

Yours is not first bad exp. with them that I have read about on list, maybe
since trucks now are responsibility of GL they are nervous about what might
happen if some sort of accident took place while DRMO people were assisting
with truck. Or maybe they have not yet figured a way to make money from
giving assistance in loading.
