We've sprung the cable on ours too. "Having a clue" has never been a great
ingredient in the drafting of regulations for the British Columbia Motor
Vehicle Act, so it doesn't surprise me. I'll have to look up the exact
regulation and see, but if we're not Hauling for Hire on the public streets,
I don't see where anything they have to say on anything can ruin my day
anyhow.

(Could've also originated with WCB "Safety in the Workplace" regulations,
but I've never looked it up.)
