Wayne,If you look at your photo of the dash,then look vertically(on the photo NOT vertically on the dash)up from the red air brake knob,you will see a rectangular relatively flat frame with small square indentations in it. That is the tactal touch pad shift mechanism of the Allison World Automatic Transmission(probably a MD 3070P,but I'm not sure) these guys came equipped with. Enjoy!! Robert Anderson
