Yes they work with standard civ conex.
Check below for a copy of a blocking message from the infamous New
Breed that is blocking your address. They are known for bad performance.
I included it so you would know they are blocking GOTaM35.

I just bought a couple of 20' surplus container chassis and was
wondering if anyone knew if they would work on regular civilian cargo
containers? I haven't determined if they have 12v or 24v lights, but
they don't have military tires and I assume they are regular chassis
