Address book (no mv content)

Thanks to whoever sent the Post explaining how e-mail
addresses are auto saved to the Address Book. I checked
mine and deleted at least 90 addresses. I also went in
to Settings and Preferences and clicked the box so that
no more addresses will be auto added.
I apologize for accidently deleting the original Post.
