Tom;

So, just how do you get 70 MPH out of an deuce?
What rpm are you turning, or have you changed gearing or tire size, or both?

What modification have you made to the brake system?
 Just curious...

regarding m-35 brake shoe width. the shoes in all the ones i have done
are the same width as the drum allows. i can EASILY lock up all wheels
if the brakes are applied to hard. under normal braking, the truck slows
down VERY quickly , but i do have a modified brake system using the
stock drums, cylinders and shoes....... i routinely drive this truck at
70 mph for long trips and with good tires have never had any handling or
control issues.
