I didn't modify my Icom at all. Transmit audio is fine both ways. Maybe my RT-524 has been modified? I don't have any equipment to test it. I have been using my PRC-77 just open squelch, but I think the 150hz tone can be "tuned" somewhat in the tone module. Maybe it could be tuned to 151.4? I've never tried it.
