RE: [MV] WOW UAV

The contest begins the week of March 8th. Some 80+ group's submitted
entries and DARPA chose around 25 of them to compete. No one has prior
knowledge to the course so as to get a jump on the obstacles. Of the
pictures I saw a few are using the HMMWV as a platform.

Has anyone even gotten close in that contest? That's the problem with
surface travel, those damn rocks and creeks get in the way. In that respect
flying is a lot simpler.
