This does not work all the time.. the States "want" their money...They don't
want to see that you paid Arizona or Nevada money - when you are registering
in Wisconsin. Wisconsin wants "their" money too. They just say "tough"..,
so you paid Nevada... We are not Nevada, and we want ours too..Been there..
