I saw a really neat anti-theft device on a M35A2 yesterday.
It was hinged collar that went around the "fuel cut-off cable" and was
designed to be intalled when the engine is off of course. You can put a
padlock through it.
Not a 100% theft proof but will keep little fingers from causing a really
big problem.
Don't remember a similar device used on active duty models, only the locked
chain through the steering wheel routine.
