If GL is "listening", I would accept Ted's word on anything. I have
dealt with him on a legal title matter, & sent him $ without ever
actually meeting him.
He got it done as he said he would. I WOULD NOT hesitate to deal with
him again & wouldn't flinch @ sending him $ ahead of time.
